Personally, I have never really liked the sport of hockey. But when you know 6 people on the same team, you have to go to one of their games. And I did.
It was....enjoyable. Very fun, though I had no clue what was going on. I mean, someone blows a whistle, I'm like '....what? What happened?

' But....ohmygod I laughed.
This guy I know, Evan, is a total ASS. He's an idiot, he's rude, he's annoying and insulting, and occasionally nice. He played defense, and he hit two people. Not like, body-checked them, hit-hit them. As they were skating onto the ice, he nudged some kid so hard he almost fell. I laughed, and then he looked over and saw me, with a look of disbelief and shock on his face, as if he couldn't believe I would ever to a hockey game. That made me laugh even harder. Then, when the refs weren't looking, he just threw up his arm and hit some small kid in the face. Later, he elbowed some other guy, and the refs saw him and then threw up his arms like 'what? what did i do?' XDD So lame. He got a penalty for that.
Then there was Andrew. He's kinda big, and he was definatly the biggest and strongest guy on the team. He could do really great slapshots. Except for the fact that everytime he hit the puck, it went 3 metres above the net XD
After the game, I talked to Ian, this guy in grade 8, who invited me to the game in the first place, then Evan walked out of the arena. He smiled at me, and I called out "You are even more an ass on the ice than at school!" He laughed, grinned, then said jokingly, "I know, shut up

". Surprisngly, it was a nice little moment. But I can't like him, because he is an ass, even though he has pretty hair and a nice body. No, I can't XD
Sure, I got in big trouble with my mom, because I inconvienced everyone. Well, I told her I was going a week ago, and my dad said he'd take me, then he backed out, so my mom had to drive me. Oh well. It was totally worth it.
Oh, and did I mention they WON? Probably not. Andrew and Ian both told me the team sucked except for Andrew, Evan, and Quillen (the goalie), and that they were gonna lose, but they did well. The score was three-to-one, so....yay!!
